Terms of use

Market Floor is a game. Every market, price, headline and trader in it is simulated: nothing you do here buys or sells anything real, and nothing in the game is financial advice.

Play fairly. Scores are recomputed on our server from your recorded moves, and we may remove runs, names or accounts that abuse the game, other players or the service. Trader names must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.

The game is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or go offline. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.

Privacy policy

Without an account, everything stays in your browser's local storage. Nothing about your games is sent to us.

With an account we store: your email address and a hashed password (for logging in); your trader name; your saved games and synced settings; the setup, moves and results of runs you submit to leaderboards; your friends, matches, tournament registrations and league standing; and the names of the devices you use, with when they last synced. Signup also records a one-way hash of your network address for an hour-long rate limit.

Other players see your trader name and scores on leaderboards (unless you turn that off in Settings), and your friends see your activity. Your email is never shown to anyone.

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or use tracking cookies.

From Settings you can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account and all of it.
